Fantastic wine. Still has more years to develop. Wish I had more.

PnPd, a bit restrained in the fruit department. This was mostly acid and tannins for the first glasses. Decant may be wise. Some fruit surfaced later but not an impressive or expressive wine.

Treated a wine industry friend visiting from Dubai with their first Canadian wine experience, Second up BC. Medium-intensity ruby color, with medium minus aromas of vanilla, cedar, black fruits, and black pepper. Medium minus flavors of plum, vanilla, cassis, chocolate, cream, and dried herbs. Medium acidity and mild tannins with a short finish. Two hours decant. They loved it.

Flavours: Repeating a lot of the …

Wonderfully open now and a great addition to the B.C. Meritage style reds. Generous body, deep colour, ver well balanced with juicy fruit flavours and soft tannins.

Dark inky color and soft aroma. Spicy first taste - citrus, ripe cherries. Soft finish with lingering cherry taste. Either too young or not full bodied enough yet.
