Pulled from wine cellar, bottle at 55 degrees. The wine was bitter on the pallet. But after warming up , it was very pleasant and delicious. So, do not over chill.

Elegance all the way here. Strawberry and blueberry nose. Medium bodied and balanced. Great finish,

Tart and sour on opening. Not good. Put cork back in overnight. Slightly better day 2, but still not great.

Enjoyed with Thanksgiving meal. Very nicely balanced, and paired perfectly. Excellent Pinot Noir.

Very strong candied cherry flavor. Smooth, integrated tannins.

No detailed noted but this was as lovely as you’d expect given the pedigree of the site and producer. midweight and very focused. No heat all. Brought it to Pomeroy and it paired well with everything from Coq au Vin to burgers.

The acidity is perfectly integrated into the taste profile. Very nice, and a great example of a Sta. Rita Hills Pinot -- more body than Oregon Pinot, and not as fruity as the typical Russian River Valley offerings.

Opened this one a bit early for reconnaisance… and it alresdy drinks beautifully. Medium-bodied, dark fruit, and while stylistically it’s Gary Farrell it’s very much of the Sta. Rita Hills. A distinctive wine. Would hold this one, drink one and put a few away. Alcohol a touch high for my tatse but should age really nicely.
