Beta Cabernet Sauvignon Piko

Very deeply colored, leaves legs in the glass. On the nose, the 2015 Piko has an explosive aromatic profile centered on cassis and pomegranate, but complicated by nuances of freshly shelled walnut, graphite, and delicate hints of fall wildflowers. There is a hard to define garrigue note too, something I associate with California’s hills in dry season but different from the Provençal expression of garrigue.
