A tad too sour for my liking, though less so than other Frucht offerings, and refreshing enough to be thirst-quenching. 4.5% ABV.

Shared with friends at a Cinco de Mayo bottle share! If I have a criticism of Bruery Ferreux's Berliner weisses, it's that they're a little too sour for the style. By using boysenberries, that sourness definitely gets ramped up even more; but as it warms, the fruit pops more than the tartness and makes it a delightfully refreshing sour treat!
