SCEV Kalin Bourgogne Beaune Les Pierre Blanches

First time drinking from this maker. Heard it is now managed by William Kelly. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of earth, forest floor, toast, mushroom, cooked red cherry. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Medium finish.

Mid shoulder fill. Mold underneath the capsule and on top of cork. Cork soaked. Bright light red color. No signs of bricking. Beautiful, clean tart red fruit nose and in the mouth. Good acidity. Tannins fully intergrated. Medium length finish. Very good mature red burg that can be enjoyed now-five years+.
