A private tasting (Restaurant De Ertepeller, Papendrecht. NL) : Tasted blind. Smooth, silky, spicy, seamless, ripe fruit, warmth, well matured, subtle for Pinot Meunier. General consensus was that this was a vintage champagne from 2006 of 2007. High praise indeed!
