From the top of the vineyard close to Blanchot had very low yield for a Chablis, ~20 hl/ha. this contributes to its sharp attack, deep, fresh and clean - lovely purity. Young on the mid-palate, lots of depth and vibrancy. Solid and quite deep, firm acidity with perhaps a bit sweet & fat, will really be great on ~5 years or so.

Au Chablis Wine Not Nez chablisien pour moi, qui amenait certains à Chassagne. Le vin est large et gras, ample et très salin, puissant, vraiment délicieux! Je croyais à un Droin avec ce côté un peu plus rond et tendre. Un grand vin et le meilleur que j’ai pris de Samuel Billaud. 94-95 pts
