This is so yummy. Served chilled, pop (not really, screw top) and pour. Nose: under-ripe strawberry, raspberry, white pepper, green bell pepper. This is all lovely red fruits and lightly vegetal earth. Palette: Light body, medium-plus acid, medium-light tannin. Very mineral, red fruited juice with nice texture. Indigena World Tour Day 1: Monferrato (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, NYC) : Nose of cherries and hay. No attack, but long appealing finish of grass, cherries, and tannin. I like it a lot.
