Capichera, Mantenghja, Isola dei Nuraghi IGT

No apparent vintage indication on the bottle but Capichera winery confirms that it is one of the few NV bottles aged 2003 (at those times Mantenghjia was a "vino da tavola" which can not afford vintage indication). Bold carignano del Sulcis from the Capichera winery, senior wine to Assaje. Fruit almost vanished with underbrush, licorice, roasted coffee and leather notes filling the nose and then, consistently, the palate.
