Nose: Crisp, juicy, ripe apple, ginger juice, pear, sweet pineapple. Palate: Candied ginger, ginger chews, dried pineapple, tart apple drizzled with honey. High acidity, with quite a bit of sugar to balance it out. On the sweeter side of demi-sec. Mouthfeel is slick, viscous, and medium+ to full bodied. Long finish where the pineapple and ginger linger.
