Xarmant Arabako Txakolina

Slightly pungent but quite ripe grapefruit and melons. A bit of fine spritz saves this from falling flat, which it threatens to do in the midpalate. Yet the finish is a little bit mouthwatering, remarkably, and even the fruit-forward flavors pick up here. Holds up nicely on the second day refrigerated too, showing a little Sauv Blanc-like greenishness aromatically but paradoxically tasting even sweeter.
