Spectacular. Nose is Brioche, cocoa, yeast, lightly toasted almonds. Palate starts with the nutty almonds and then gives some crisp green apple, toast and perhaps a bit of grapefruit. Just wonderful to enjoy.

Zero Dosage trotzdem nicht zu verkopft

Drank as 'nightcap' at Loisium, Champagne. Nice bubbles and pleasurable notes of butter and brioche. Beautiful!

Eclectic get-together (LaVinesse) : Beautiful bready aromas in the glass. Has warmth to it on the palate, but stays elegant. For a higher score I think more concentration would be necessary. In an experienced tasting group of 8 we all thought it couldn't be zero dosage, some even expected a high percentage of pinot in the mix.

From Restaurant list. NV, base 2019-2018, zero dosage it says on the back. Wonderfully rich palate with green apples, citrus oil, some oak, feels much more lime a well dosaged wine due to its generous mouth feel. Excellent freshness. A well balanced BdB of high quality.
