COR Cellars Alba Cor Celilo Vineyard

We like COR but it is one of the better kept secrets east of the Columbia Gorge, and I guess I am not unhappy about that. The Alba Cor represents a great value in an exceptionally tasty wine, combining pinot gris and gewurztraminer in about equal measure. Pale yellow, aromatic with some petrol notes, some spice; crisp, clear, bracing acidity, a melange of lime and gooseberry. Excellent.
