Domaine Buisson-Battault Bourgogne-Aligoté

This is a lovely bottle and has a mini meursault feel to it. It’s ridiculously good value and ages well. A touch of herbs and green grass. Also some white pepper and ginger. On the palate, good degree of acidity and surprisingly complex for a notionally simple wine. Yellow fruits on the palate. Clean and fresh. Pick up more spice and ginger on the finish. Nice balance.

Crisp. Shows elements of the warmth of the vintage. Some tropical notes on the palate with time in the glass. Easy to drink and very enjoyable.

Bon vin assez concentré, rond, avec des saveurs de pommes évoquant presque un bon Muscadet. Bien fait et satisfaisant.
