Szepsy, Szent Tamas Furmint, Tokaj

Birthday party in Budapest : A legend, very hard to hunt down. I never tasted it before. Quite different from the all the Szepsy dry wines (including later vintages of Szt. Tamás itself), and all the better for it. More graceful, more vibrant, almost Riesling-like for what it is. Yellow fruits, even grapes and some kerosene on the nose.
