beautiful minerality and blue stone on the nose. almost spritzy, like soda water. the taste has granny smith apple, and more of that classic chablis minerality. a great wine, very versatile with food.

Light, crisp, minerally. Bloomed nicely, displaying some delicate floral and fruit notes. Perfect with oysters, held up quite well to gnocchi and striped bass.
