Nose is rich and deeper red in profile. Red rocks. Quite a boisterous entry on the palate, medium+ in weight, good concentration of somewhat sappy and sticky red raspberry fruit, riding that line between ripe and tart, decent acid. Rustic but also juicy and somewhat generous. I would say drink now or over the next 3-5 years for maximum enjoyment.

Fairly dark in the glass with dark fruit aromas (blackberry, plum, even cassis), some pine, a bit of an herbal note (basil?), and more than a touch of earth. Lovely.
