Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir bottled in July 2020, degorgement October 2024, 12.5% vol. On the nose mainly apple, pear and brioche, on the palate fresh and quite rich with medium+ length. More like a Brut than a Brut Nature as written on the label, easy drinking but not too simple.
