Diamantakos, Naoussa

Quite tertiary on the nose. In the mouth somewhat offdry although probably a dry wine from a technical standpoint. The acidity was ok, but it lacks concentration of fruit. This wine has was probably best 2-3 years ago.

A wine made completely from Xinomavro, showing a translucent appearance with a dark core with garnet hues on the border. Unusual yet complex aromas of concentrated red berries, licorice, roasted meats, old leather, earthiness, crushed black pepper, Mediterranean herbs, and a touch of creamy vanilla.
