Fair amount of color extraction in glass and evident high alcohol on nose. On palate remarkably pleasing and balanced... soft, controlled acidity supports nice sweet cherry and raspberry notes. Much more attractive than last sample

After decanting for over an hour on Easter, I like this wine even better. It smoothed out quite a bit and from here on in I will be decanting it.

Pretty tasty and a darn good value. Deep red/blue fruits, seems like they were going for a big styled Pinot, but it works.

With a nose of raspberry and red cedar, this wine is fruit forward with a high alcohol mouthfeel on the palate. It smooths out as you drink it and is decent.

Clean medium intensity ruby red. Medium intensity nose, ripe cherries, strawberries, vanilla and mushrooms. Dry, medium acidity, tannins and amplitude, round, a bit oaky in the mouth. Medium intensity and duration aftertaste.

Pinot muito bom... Aprovadissimo.

Ok, it's really fruity, not sweet though, and full-bodied for a Pinot Noir, I get that, but it's also quite tasty. I rather like the dry rasberry compote thing, and I am a solidly entrenched Old World wine aficionado. I also like the balance of acidity to the wine's considerable structure. beautiful nose - still red with a twist of citrus. a high-acid pinot sure to make soms happy - but i'd prefer a bit more earth and subtlety to the sassy raspberry.

Saw this when I was picking up some meat and produce. $10 off, $16 - what the hell, I'll take a flyer on a bottle. A waste of grapes and my $16. A total mess, with no redeeming features. Oak juice, with some heat. Yum, yum, yum. Do not put in mouth...

Nose of raisinets, red licorice, red fruits, and a twist of orange or orange liqueur. On the palate, there's relatively high mouthwatering acidity playing against sassy (but plush) red fruits that try to cover up the alcohol burn. Interestingly, this comes off more like a red wine cocktail - very refreshing, but not really an "elegant" pinot. I didn't find the finish to be as complex as WS suggests.

High alcohol style does not detract as much from PN characteristics as you might expect due to underlying acidity which creates an ineresting balance. Lots of extraction, meaty style on nose and on palate. Good value at price as long as you are not expecting light barnyard style
