Delicious with chicken or salmon.

Drank over three nights and I would rate it 88, 90 and 92 for those nights. That might mean it should be decanted, which I usually avoid on a young white but maybe it just needs some air. Tropical fruit, almost syrupy on night three with perfect touch of acid on the long finish.

Always consistently good and the ‘17 is no exception. Honeysuckle, peach, clove and white pepper.
