Cantalici Tangano Toscana IGT

Purchased directly from Cantalici winery and stored in 13C cellar. Let sit at room temp before opening. On opening wine appeared shut down, strong tannins, little fruit. Opened up after 3 hours - medium body, delicious black fruits! Better on day 2 with more expressive fruits and tannings nicely integrated. I'm thinking keep in cellar for another 2-3 years to peak. If need to drink now, air out (slow oxidation in bottle) for 2-3 hours before drinking.
