Picked up at auction. Tasty and pleasantly surprised that it is in a prime state.

Vanilla and blackberries continue to keep up with the developing tertiary flavors. This wine is in a fun place to drink.

Consistent. The word ROBUST comes to mind. Dense, a big wine with which to ring in the new year....cheers folks.

Wow...intense mocha here. Lovely wine. The Dunham Lewis Vineyard wines are worth your time and $$$ - especially if you can find some with a little age on them. The winery has a nice library selection they will sell, check it out!!!

This wine has aged well. From the opening, it was smooth, beautifully balanced with a lovely nose, modest tannins and acidity and lovely combination of flavors in the mouth. Continued to open over 2 hours with added complexity. This is not a ‘big’, ‘fruit bomb’ cab but rather a quite elegant, balanced approach.

Big improvement over first day from heavy, sweet, dark-fruited, medicinal stew to a mellowed palate of those same flavors with savory acid and some earthier, slightly meatier notes. Quite pleasant, eventually.

Winery's description - Savory Old World aromatics, bright pie cherry and hint of cola. Rich blackberry pie, cassis, and clove on the palate

Cherry fruit on the nose, a touch of a back edge just needs some time.

Opened to celebrate the life of Master winemaker Eric Dunham. A tribute to a talented man. This bottle is everything I look for in a Cabernet. The bottle was well integrated, drinking well and I think it is at or near it's peak. Great Cabernet nose. Good dark fruit with a vanilla barrel streak some spice and tannins. A full mouth wine with a solid finish that had some complexities that evolved. Decanted but the wine drank well from the …

Tasting great. At its peak I would guess. Lost bad to the 07 Edouard but still a super wine. Big fruit.

Multi-layered beauty. Over a few hours it morphed from the group thinking it was a Merlot, Syrah, Blend, and Cabernet. Takes you on a wonderful journey. Outstanding.
