Notes consistent with last bottle I opened almost 7 months ago. Medium yellow. Mature with marks of butter caramel, apples, spices, salt. Soft and gentle around the edges. No hurry to drink up, but this will not improve from here.

Medium yellow colour. Soft and round, marks of orchard fruit, lime juice, toffee. Subtle with a saline character, this is fully mature now but by no means in decline. Good complexity, spicy, round and soft. Impressive for a Saint Aubin.

Best showing yet, of . course, following a horribly oxidized bottle last spring. When sound, it feels youthful. Great energy. The nose is fantastic. Brown butter, almonds, and spring florals. Hints of oak, but it's mostly integrated and there's a racy spine of acid here. It lacks depth to really catch your attention, but it is quite fine with roast chicken and duck fat potatoes.

2nd of 3. Totally freaking oxidized. Looked like honey. First was quite nice last summer. Bummer.

Still seems youthful. Great energy. The nose is fantastic. Butter, nuts, floral. Maybe some reduction. Hints of oak, but there such a spine of acid here. The rs spicy and racy. It lacks depth in the middle and back to really catch your attention, but it is quite fine.

So this wine just gets better with age gaining weight and complexity. Amazing for a village wine. Medium hints of white flowers, lemon curd, citrus blossoms, some lanolin notes and a hint of hazelnut. Very nicely delineated. On taste nice balance with a bit of cut reinforcing the citrus notes. Long finish with the palate having a richer feel then when it was younger. Still gives the impression of being a youthful white Burgundy.

Still fresh with a lively acidity, well structured with genuine fruit. Well made wine.

I really enjoyed this. Day 1 this was super tight, but on Day 2 great minerality, great fruit (lush, not ripe) with good acidity. Hint of oak, well done, and i enjoyed

Pretty good. A little bit of reduction on the nose with a nice core of apple and hint of pear. Some oak which even if it could be lower is well used. I was maybe expecting more acidity on the palate given the vintage but still the wine shows a good balance.

Really opened up with more body than before - still transparent, lacey, and ethereal. This is definitely a great value and an interesting wine. Swings above its weight or lack there of. Flavors now remind me CC. Really nice.

This is terrific. A very serious effort indeed with a pronounced aromatic profile of ripe pear, flowers, butterscotch, cream and citrus lurking underneath. Racy and crisp with great local feel, this is an outstanding house white. Enjoyed over 3 nights with no deterioration.

Served directly from the fridge so perhaps a bit too cold on the outset. Fairly subdued nose, but much more going on on the palate. A wine with Puligny character but with beautiful aromas of flowers and citrus ensuring a wonderful freshness. A really nice wine.

This is great QPR - Proper white burgundy that doesn't cost the earth. It combines minerality with tones of pear and citrus and the creamy fullness from oak to give a great glass of wine.

Sampled at a tasting of sixteen white burgundies. An earthy and forest floor nose that was quite distinctive. Very pleasant.

Light straw color. Initially a wet stone, olive oil, and dandelion nose. As it opened up delicate apple and pear essence filled the bowl. After some more time, a bit of citrus, perhaps citronella notes and a bit of cream. The flavor opened up in the mouth with nice round fruit flavors with all the notes on the nose reinforced. A hint of minerality and a medium finish (30 seconds plus) Great transition from front through the round mouth filling …

Bordeaux vs. Burgundy (Farpointe Cellar) : The nose was full of toast aromas, but also had peach and citrus. The palate was crisp and had citrus, a hint of pastry, and a spicy vanilla finish.

Wine Education Service - White Burgundy : Silver green. Delightful nose slightly vegetal over a lot of fruit. Fruity but a little disappointing after the promising nose, smoky, good length.

Burgundy on a Budget (Farpointe Cellar) : The nose had a mix of earth, pear, and apple. The palate was crisp, with minerals, spice, and pear. The finish was good.
