give it 30 minutes. yummy. soft with deep flavor and good finish. best Zin bottle we had that night compared with much more expensive bottles.

Took 45 minutes to get good. Was too sweet at first. Taste of alcohol. But mellowed. This one tases strongly of cinnamon. Almost made it to 91. Hard to beat at 15 bucks.
