medium body, seems to be starting to fade.

Nice earthy, mushroomy, fruity, Sonoma CA. Went well with ribs but not the BBQ sauce.

Rodgers Creek has always been my favorite Sojourn pinot, and this one didn't disappoint. I think CellarTracker has the "ready to drink" calculus wrong on this one. It's got at least another 2-3 years to go. IMO this wine has great balance. A bit of acid and some subtle tannins. Great fruit profile too. The nose has a toasty Jolly Rancher thing going on with a little vegetable component. All in all, a good effort from Sojourn.

About a year later, this wine continues to drink very well. My previous tasting note stands.

Drinking well now but will hold. A balanced wine with good fruit. Solid A.

This very smooth. Too smooth. No character no layers no fruit.

Continues to kill it. In prime drinking window right now. Tart bing cherry and strawberry. Nice bright acidity that's well rounded and integrated. Only have 1 bottle left but think this is a drink now bottle although it feels like it has life for another few years minimum.

Awesome pairing with Thanksgiving Turkey! Lucious cherry berry wine, deep garnet color, strong fragrant nose. Just a terrific wine, drinking in itsprime.

One of their better cuvees from a good year!

Needs a couple hours to wake up, but still showing well, juicy cherry palate, good balance, and a medium long finish.

Solid pinot with good balance of savory/forest floor notes and cherry fruit. Good acidity.

Good. Took about 30 minutes to open up. Fruit is good. Decent finish. But no spark. But enjoyable.

Takes a little while to open up. This note is based on the final glass from the bottle. Nose has some pungency, in a good way. Maybe a tad bit of forest floor. Floral, acidic, nostril-clearing nose, with some blue fruit notes. On the palate, rich red and dark fruits, some dark chocolate, good acid. A tad tart, but still very rich. Smooth finish, for awhile. Enthusiastic thumbs up!

PnP. Similar to previous bottles. Bright and vibrant

This has matured into a really nice Cali PN. The peppery red fruit has lost much of its youthful exuberance and has transformed into a fairly elegant wine with very good depth and concentration. Drinking well almost immediately after opening. Very pretty.

Delicious stuff. Drank very similarly to previous bottle. See previous note.

As I figured, this only got better with a few years behind it. Earth covered cherry all over the palate with medium acidity to leave your mouth watering. Forest floor on the finish. Just outstanding.

Drinking very well. A Pinot that, while clearly New World and sun kissed, has good acidity and ample non-fruit characteristics in the form of earthiness/minerality and spices. Fruit is delicious - but not overly ripe and in your face. This should drink well for at least 3 more yrs.

This was quite good. Did not take a tasting note, but remember its balance between fruit, acidity, and (a relative rarity for a CA PN) minerality. Much, much better than the wine that followed (a hugely fruit forward and cloying PN bottle contributed by someone else).

This was good. Smooth. Good finish, but nothing to distinguish itself from others. I would happily drink but it was not at another level

Took about 30 minutes in a decanter to open up. Floral notes and strawberry raspberry on the nose. On the palate, strawberry, raspberry and hints of cranberry up front. Vignette of cinnamon on the md-palate. Relatively long finish for a pinot, with hints of orange rind on the finish.
