Enjoyed with about 90 mins of aeration. Served with seared scallops, orzo and garlic bread. Lots of green apple, a smooth/polished texture and chablis-like in some of the sea air and flint edges of the wine. I liked it but it seemed to miss out on some verve, some energy. Lite and clear in the glass. Muted nose of floral, oak and ocean. Bright fruit, crab juice and superbly balanced oak initially. Floral comes into play mid palette. Continued balance and subtle nuances on the medium length finish. Tight, clean acidity and minerality made this a perfect sea food pairing.
