Ca'd Carussin Asti Felice Nebbiolo Non Dos

Dekantert 45 min. Lys rubinrød. Herlig duft av lyse røde bær, mot bringebær og jordbær. Litt tobakk og blomster i tillegg. Åpner seg pent opp i glasset. Lys og elegant nebbiolo med integrerte tanniner. På et flott stadie nå. Vil vare lengre. Topp til lam.

Brilliant violet. Very clean and cool nose of red berries, flowers and anise. Some balsamic notes. Fresh and vibrant, medium bodied, perhaps a tad short, but all in all an extremely refreshing take on Nebbiolo.

Deep red color. Banana, barnyard and tobacco. Actually quite good despite being very strange. 50+5+10+12+6 (83p)

Decanted two hours. Lots of sediments, unfiltered wine and sealed with a crown cap. This is a very serious nebbiolo that has all the regular aromas and a solid grip in the mouth that cries for food. One year of cellaring has only done good things to this one. Drink now - 2018.

(at Bar Centro Aperitivo) Medium garnet, transparent color. Fruitforward nose with red berries and rose hips. Not very Nebbiolo-ish to me. Very dry, medium+ acidity and tannins. Flavors of sour, sour cherries, raspberry, rose hips and violets. Very Nebbiolo-ish to me. Fun and interesting take on Nebbiolo. A bit light but still rustic. Demands food. Will probably last for a good while in the right conditions.

My first bottle of wine sealed with a crown cap! Garnet red. Very fruity upon opening. Clear nebbiolo fruit. Some cherry stone. Slightly touch of nuts. Dry finish. No warm finish despite the vintage. Well balanced wine. Did not benefit much from a long decant (5 hours). Cries for food. Very good match with bbq lamb. Very good wine from Non Dos.
