Nose very youthful, aromatics restrained, lemon peel, thyme, cardamom, m- int Palate lemongrass, grapefruit, crushed rocks, m+ body, m+ acidity, $31 very nicely priced

Pale lemon in colour with restrained aromas of apricot/peach, citrus, blossoms, grass/hay & honeycomb. On the palate, medium to full bodied zesty citrus, lemon/lime, blossoms, apricot/peach, grass/hay, honey, creamy mouthfeel, very high acidity with a long finish to a distinct saline, chalky minerality. This is well crafted wine but unfortunately my only bottle. Would be interesting to see what the aging journey would bring!
