Nose of strawberry, some green apple, flavors similar very nice and crisp this was much better than previous bottle with difference being serving temperature I think, this was served at around 40 degrees very nice!

Has something weird going on with the nose (volatile acidity?), also get strawberry and herbs, some sourdough, flavors of strawberry, hints of raspberry and red cherry, mild acidity, some tannins, still had a lot of carbonation. Nice. Best at the end (3 hours).

This one was a real treat but surprisignly needed quiet a healthy (few hours) decanting time to show its best. Great pale salmon color, in line with medium or mid-rare grilled salmon. Lots of fruit on the floral, abit less on PnP. Nice finish, not a long finish by all means- though it got longer over the course of the evening. Limited edition rose Great nose of strawberries Very crisp and dry. I found this a bit austere but there a nice roundness on the finish and some length
