Good colour with no signs of age. Nose was slow to develop at first but showed just a trace of 'farmyard' at first (nice) but this was short-lived. Within an hour of opening the rich palate showed good dark, mainly blackberry, fruits with soft integrated tannins, hints of spice, good balance and length. It improved over 5-6 hours. Good on its own and even better with food. Next day, the wine was drinking well and was a fine partner to …

MNB: New World Cab (sans California) (Home (Noe st)) : (blind) Deep ruby color. Reductive nose - burnt rubber, slight pyrazines. Dry, 14% alcohol, elevated acid, medium plus tannins - a bit harsh, reductive and pretty short, with notable pyrazines. 10% new oak. Final call: Pyrazinic, young, pretty tannic, not super expressive. Laterals: - South Africa - could be - Chile - could be, but I'd expect more fruit and more pyrazines - Margaret river - would be riper - …

Leafy blackcurrant on the nose and palate (thanks for the mention of 'leaf', HenryG). Aromatic, with decent balance, good fruit, integrated tannins. Still some development to come - it opened nicely over a few hours after opening. A good New World Cabernet - not overly complex but a good foil for meat dishes. Good next day. 87+

I bought a bottle with my friend to drink while having Christmas Party. The bottle was not expensive so I never had high hopes in this wine. But I liked it quite much and will probably buy again. (Hopefully it can fint into my wine fridge.)

PnVnD let air for 1hr. Dark purple garnet dense alomost saturated with plum to clear rim. Menthol cassis plum and tobacco on the nose. Medium weight with softly burred tannins. Nicely ripe on the palate with enough freshness to keep it from being cloying with flavours of cassis plum soy dark chocolate tobacco and espresso. Only the slightest of telltale Chilean green cedar flavour. Very nice for the price.

Good value, solid and more enjoyable than most of E's bottles I have had to date Fruit is dominant characteristic on nose, equally balanced with tannins on palate

Waxy blackberry fruit aromas. Licorice to the palate. Again, stays away from showing any green to the nose or the palate.

Did not live up to expectations, lacking either the refinement or power of similarly priced Chilean cabs

The nose on opening is dark red fruit, slight hint of spice. On the palate its plum; rich but not heavy. Very well balanced with a medium finish that builds. This is an excellent value wine. I've had several Errazuriz wines now and they have all been very pleasing. Recommended.

Cassis, black currant and cedar wood on the nose. Palate was juicy and straightforward. An acceptable table wine.

I fear that my last note of this same vintage i mislabeled - but perhaps Errazuriz snuck in a new vintage from a separate vineyard/location...regardless of that - this drinks pretty much similar to my other note of the the 2013 Max Res SB. I would not say this is "rough", now is about 2 yrs out of bottle. Nice tart/sharp SB with mixed grapefruit/guava/subtle grass and as someone stated ? asparagus? Would use this as house white for next …

Highly aromatic gooseberry, cat pee, and herbal aromas from the glass. Light-to-medium bodied on the palate along with a slightly creamy texture. Balanced aroma replays, plus green pepper, lime peel notes on the palate. Has lively acidity and a lengthy finish. Classic Sauvignon Blanc.

Very gooseberry with some RS would be my guess. And then blistering acidity on the back. Made, well made.

Wow, this is just off the vine, and I would say needs 1 yr in bottle to mellow a little - but does come off decent enough if not a tad rough. Last note is similar to my experience - nose is lots of grassy/grapefruit/?guava? Palate is sharp/effervescent with acid and similar notes on the nose. Finish transitions to a little bitter quality. Good QPR for ~16$ CAN @ MLCC.
