Je le croyais passé mais non.. Légèrement poivré, cuir, beaucoup de prunes confites, un peu de musc, champignons, peu de fruits, relativement long. Carafé 2,5 hres. Tout à fait satisfait avec contre filet sur Bbq avec petits légumes en papillotes.
