Les Roches Sèches Anjou Le Pont Bourceau

Pnp, refreshed in the snow outside. Nose of desicated mango peal, old dried grapes, and silver spoon. Mouth , woaou, sharp, straight , mineral with thick grain, exacthly like a B&W photograph. Very precise and young. Better than a Chablis in his style. Needs food and avoids average palates.
