PnP, took a half hour to start to open, still plenty of tannins and structure, well balanced, makes me think this has another 5-10 years. Blackberry bramble and stone fruit. Nice with duck cassoulet, avoid serving with anything on the sweeter side (it conflicted with apple in a duck confit)
