Moshin Vineyards Zinfandel Bowman Vineyard

Earthy aromas, leather and mushrooms, but plenty of fruit also, plums and strawberries, especially after it's had some time in the glass. Some must and alcohol too. Dry and pleasantly fruity taste, without much aftertaste. Very small amount of sediment.

Lots of fruit. No really tanning. Beth liked it and she doesn't tend to like Zin.

Very interesting nose - almost like leather. Flavor is reminiscent of soy sauce - dark and inky but no fruit/sugar that leaves a salty impression in the mouth. Light spices mid palate and salt with a short finish.
