Way better than the last bottle that I had of this wine which was totally over this hill. This one still was showing some signs of life but time to drink.

Over the hill. A good amount of sugar propping the wine up. The cork seemed a bit dried out. I hope so cause I have two more.

Double Blind Wine Dinner @ Le Provençal (Le Provencal, Miracle Mile, Coral Gables,FL) : The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are slow. It smells like apple and honey. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Al's White.

Drinknig nicely but its ready to go. Pretty golden color now. The nose is all pineapple and coconut. Really exotic. My inloy issue with this wine is its lack of acid.

Golden color. Very pretty nose of green apples and honey. A little bit of cotton candy as well. Good acid on the palate. The wine has a slight bitter edge which is keeping me from scoring it higher.

Fairly golden in color. The aromas are all apples and honey. Very fragrant on the nose. The wine has a fair bit of RS and could use a bit more acid to add some backbone.
