Windows Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

WXTP Tasting (Brad's Place) : Decent enough, but not quite my thing. There was plenty of Margaret river greenness on this, almost a bit too much for me, with drafts of green bell peppers, tobacco leaf and eucalyptus surrounding a core of sweet cassis fruit on the nose. Dinner at Jeffery's (His House) : Interestingly I did not get any hints of eucalyptus from this but unsurprisingly this tasted more like a Merlot (some time back a Voyager Estate Merlot tasted like a Cabernet). Opened for a week this was actually pretty good. Well balanced with good structure.
