Crisp and slightly dry with a moderate finish. Nose was delicate, hints of vanilla, melon and honey suckle. Palate was light, with vanilla, citrus and honeydew melon. Very pleasant to drink.

Crisp, lean SBlanc. Light floral nose. Some flint, with a nice dryness and tart to it. Subtle melon, citrus and honey notes. Delightful drinking wine! Was actually better on day two after it opened up a bit and hung out in the fridge keeping chilled.
