Beringer Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Quantum Red Wine

beautiful dark garnet with red rim. nose of dark fruits, blackberries, vanilla. mouth filling, with medium tannin, slight peppery finish. tasted as a comparison to 3 pinots, it fared well. a lively wine with a full finish. probably needs another3 years

Crushed berries on the open, forest floor and spice typical of HM Cabs. Needs some more bottle time to smooth out.
