Pale gold in color, this wine showed muted notes of pear, grass and minerals on the nose. The mouth feel Was more fuller bodied than expected and brought a slight tart element. The finish was short with defined grassy and mineral notes. Purchased for $8US/glass at Harrys Seafood in Wilmington, DE, this is a pretty neutral wine by itself but it did improve with my crab timbale appetizer.

A business lunch (Restaurant La Provence *, Driebergen, NL) : Aromatic, ripe but fresh, rounded, both vegetal and tropical but neither to excess, nice tension, good length. A lovely white Bordeaux.

Silky mouthfeel, pears, some tropical elements, graphite, bitter finish, better with air. Decent value wine
