COLOR - golden yellow like a mature chardonnay; NOSE - fresh citrus and melon with canned mushroom aspect; TASTE - semi-sweet initially that evolves quick to mellow acidity with oak overtones, finish is short and non-eventful; Sparkling wines are rare for me so I have no baseline nor confidence with which to judge this wine.
