Tasty stuff, if not mind blowing. On the other hand, it was served right next to Bea's Pagliaro, which is so wild and crazy its hard to compare. And Bea "blew this away" but maybe just because it was wild, and crazy. Maybe not.

The big cherry smoke. And tannin and delicious. Very good stuff here. Really good and really grippy.
