Pretty medium ruby with garnet rim in glass. Looks delicate and it proves to be. Nose of cherry, strawberry, earth, a little tobacco smoke. Palate is med+ flavor intensity of ripe strawberry, cherry. Med tannins very well integrated leaving a perfect grip. Med alc. Very well structured, balanced, and uplifting. Med+ finish. This is a very good wine, perhaps only lacking in a little flavor complexity. 90-91 points. Drink now for perfect window. Can last another year or two based …
