Tenute del Garda Riviera del Garda Bresciano Lucone

I liked this from the get-go. Lovely, inviting aroma, a bit unusual. Light weight wine, nice acidity, maybe there's a bit of cherry in the fruitiness. We were having beef shin with ginger and soy and it went very nicely with the unusual apple and ginger flavours. Light, pleasing, easy to drink. Wish I had more.

Tart red fruit and minerality. On the lighter side with nicely balanced acidity and some mild spice. Enjoyable and good with food. 89+

An interesting grape. A bit more bitter then a Barolo. But nice and medium bodied.
