Sunnen Hoffman is the first certified Bio producer in Luxembourg and this wine made of 50% Riesling, the other half a mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, shows potential. It has a good structure and balance, the mid palate shows some depth that is not always there in Luxembourgish wine and overall, this is one of the more interesting cremants from this place.
