Allouchery-Perseval Champagne Premier Cru Assemblage Brut Rosé

Pale pink colour. Small and lively bubbles. Medium and developing nose with ripe red apples, strawberry, biscuit, toast, caramel and wet stone. Medium taste of ripe red currant, red apples, grapefruit, toast and wet stone. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Rosé Champagne. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as aperitif, or with cured meat.
