Paul N.'s visit (Peter Chang - McLean, VA) : The first time trying since I tasted in barrel. Explosive nose displaying very concentrated black fruit, blackberry concentrate, blackberry liqueur, liquid smoke, licorice, rose, light caramel, a hint of vanilla/oak, dark spices, and mineral.
