Single piece cork, signs of seepage. Cork saturation at least to 60-70%. Level in high shoulder V:ruby red,translucent N: minty worryingly oaky.nothing especially varietal. P: Medium bodied, short finish, oak flavour not intrusive on palate but imparts distracting tannins. Tartness. Full disclosure, i am not a fan of pyrazines and am curious about traditional Australian cab, so i randomly try aged bottles like this one.
