Palate of candied orange, gorse, roasted almond, ginger, oyster shell and a hint of serrano ham. A generous yet pure, complex and typical grand cru Chablis with loads of ripe fruit, perfectly pitched acidity, elegantly rounded texture and a long vital mineral finish. Drink within 5 years.
