Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Beaune 1er Cru Cent-Vignes

Now it is fully ready, delicate, delicious and lovely with mushrooms and creamy polenta.

Really nice red cherry fruit with a chocolate and spice element. Also some great clay earth tones and some sweet herbal notes. Very bright and just a bit fat on the palate.

Nose: cranberry, cherry, red berries, smoke, spice and some brett. Palate: lighter styled with good mid palate density. Lots of red fruit, mushroom, spice and mulberry. Finish: persistence is good and length is decent.
